1. Drink plenty of water. Consuming water can help in keeping that weight off for the longer term. Water acts like a hunger depressant making you feel full and stops you from snacking in between meals. Water is essential for your kidneys and digestive system to work to its full potential, which will in turn flush out the waste products in your bodies system.
2. Eat regularly throughout the day. This will mean eating around five meals a day. You have probably heard before the breakfast is the most important meal of the day, well it’s very true. Having a full stomach will stop those hunger pains most people get during the day. By eating five times a day, you never feel hungry and your body happily burns the calories. Remember this means small portions of food, not huge meals!
3. Consume plenty of fibre. Fibre is essential especially when it comes to fast weight loss help. Keeping your body regular and good food digestion is essential. High fibre foods are very low in calories and make you feel full. Eating fibre will also stop that bloated feeling and sluggish feeling we all hate.
4. Eat Good Fats. You might ask, what are good fats? Good fats give you those essential fatty acids that we have all heard of. These can be found in foods like fish. The good fats found in fish can help your body burn more fat and also helps to fight against disease.
5. Carbs can help you lose weight. A dieting contain such foods as fresh vegetables and fruits will help you to lose weight. I recommend fresh vegetables, not processed foods. Fresher the better, and don’t over cook. Lots of nutrients are lost by over cooking vegetables.
