When we go out, how do we enjoy ourselves without worrying about the calories. Why shouldn't you enjoy going out? Fast food is part of life, so how do we cope with the fast diet meals? 1.  Pick a restaurant gives you healthy options for your fast diet meals.

2.  Find out before you go, what's on the menu and decide in advance if you can.

3.  Eat your normal meals for that day. This will help stop you overeating there.

4.  Eat healthy snacks before or on the way to the restaurant so you don't overeat there.

5.  The best choice is an 'a la carte' menu for your fast diet meals then you don't eat too much.

6.  Divide your portions with the others.

7.  Make sure you order smaller portions.
